He is CAREful to ensure we understand all the details and our options for what is first best for our pooch Paco and in consideration for our finances. I greatly appreciate how genuinely caring he is for ALL his patients and their parents. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for our appointments because I know he is also going to take that extra time for us if we need him and not rushing everyone in and out.
