  I have been going to this store for years. Yesterday I went in and spoke to a young man and told him about how I freeze my Kongs with peanut butter and it keeps my dog busy for about 15 mins and how I need to explore other thing to fill them with because he eats everything and anything because of him having Cushings. He them asked me if I was them after they are used and I assured him I did. He ask if I put them in the dishwasher because they are not dishwasher safe.I told him I did. He then showed me other options that are dishwasher safe. I purchased 3 of such because I have 3 dogs. I toke them home and filled them with Greek yogurt as they suggested it was a hit. they were in their kennels, I went upstairs to get my phone, came back down and he had half of it eaten I took all 3 back today with the receipt and was told sorry no refunds.. from the 2 women working there. no one asked how my dog was, did he pass the rubber, nothing just sorry no refunds. and they looked at the back of the package and said it says right here no toy is indestructible and to supervise., I left the room for 5 mins to run upstairs. They do not back the product they sell, I will not shop there again. and I will let all my friends know that do shop there about this, terrible Customer service...
