- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Hans Carlson was great but their office response time is awful. The Hillsboro office is only open M,W, and Thurs so you will never be able to reach anyone when you need them. I’ve called and left many messages (even during their business hours) but I get about 1 out of 7 call backs. Requesting my own records was nearly impossible. The doctor that they referred me to was all booked out and I was on my own to find another doctor. I do not recommend this place unless they hire more staff to answer calls and improve their response time.June 22, 2017by A Google User
